Product Details
Abrasion Resistant (AR) Steel Plates are specially designed to withstand extreme wear and tear, impact, and sliding abrasion. These plates are commonly used in mining, construction, quarrying, cement, recycling, and earthmoving equipment. Their high hardness, excellent toughness, and superior wear life help reduce maintenance downtime and increase productivity.
Available in different hardness grades like AR400, AR450, AR500, AR600, and proprietary grades (e.g., Hardox®, JFE-EH, Quard®, etc.), these plates offer excellent durability in harsh environments.
Key FeaturesExceptional resistance to abrasion and wear
High surface hardness (up to 600 BHN)
Maintains good formability and weldability
Reduces maintenance frequency and downtime
