Product Overview

ASME SA 387 Grade 22 Class 1 and Class 2 Plates are chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plates designed for elevated temperature and pressure service, especially in boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, oil refineries, and chemical plants. With a Cr-Mo composition (2.25% Cr, 1% Mo), these plates exhibit excellent creep resistance, oxidation resistance, and thermal stability.

Class 2 provides higher tensile strength than Class 1 while both offer excellent weldability and durability under harsh working conditions.
