Product Overview
ASME SA 537 Class 1 plates are normalized pressure vessel quality steel plates that combine high strength with excellent notch toughness, making them ideal for pressure-containing applications at moderate to low temperatures. These plates are primarily used in the fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and oil & gas storage equipment.
They are supplied in the normalized condition and are especially well-suited for welded pressure vessels and structural applications that demand strength, ductility, and impact resistance.
